Unholy Calamity is a solo project that comes out of West Virgina's raw black metal scene.Intravenous :Evil In Our Blood is the newest full length featuring six songs of raw,primitive black metal at it's best.Musically the band has a good balance of extremly fast and chaotic passages but also adds in a nice mix of melodic mid paced black metal.The guitars are played with raw yet very well executed passages that go from extremely fast paced,The guitars do slow to a more melodic mid paced range with some well written and performed patterns.The vocals are traditional black metal screams that are done with power.If you are a looking for a new band that performs raw.satanic black metal then do yourself a favor and pick up a copy of Intravenous :Evil In Our Blood today.
