Coming out of Belgium's blackend thrash metal scene is Slaughter Messiah with their debut full length Cursed To The Pyre.The debut release contains eight tracks of primitive blackend thrash metal similar to the early 80's scene with the bands own writing ability.The guitars are played with extremely fast and aggressive patterns that fit Slaughter Messiah's style perfectly.The guitarist does slow to a more controlled mid paced range in a few tracks even adding some well played guitar solo's.The drumming are done with a lot of fast,blasting drum patterns and some heavier mid paced drum patterns.The vocals are raw thrash metal screams and some gruff screams are used in a few of the songs.
