Coming out of Indonesia's black metal scene is Atrocious with their newest EP. Demonic Dead.The new EP.features six songs of aggressive old school black metal.The guitars are played with both a skillful writing ability and fast and intense guitar passages.The guitarist does write some excellent performed structures.The drums are done with a mix of extremly fast drums that are played with crazed drumming structures.The drums do slow to a heavier mid paced range throughout a few of the songs.The vocals are a mix of grim black metal screams and some gruff death metal growls and screams are used within the music.Atrocious plays a brutal style of black metal that is fierce and aggressive within it's delievery.
